Join the National Lung Cancer Roundtable, the American College of Radiology, and the Radiology Health Equity Coalition to promote National Lung Cancer Screening Day on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022.
To participate, screening centers nationwide will open their doors on Saturday, Nov. 12, and allow individuals to access screening without having to take a day off work. By promoting this day, you will be extending screening opportunities to people who may be unaware of this lifesaving, preventative screening option. You will also be increasing awareness of screening within your community.
The President’s Cancer Panel has charged associations, screening centers, and community health advocates with communicating and promoting lung cancer screening. Spread the word to encourage your screening center and other centers to open their doors on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022.
