The Cancer Experience Registry™ (CER) is continuing to recruit cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers to share their stories, concerns about quality of life, access to care, the impact of cancer on work, treatment decision making, and more.
Once 100 cancer patients, survivors and/or 100 caregivers have registered in Wisconsin, a data report can be created. This data will help inform our Wisconsin partners about critical needs for our patients and caregivers and help tailor programs to meet needs in our state.
