Mini-grants Available for HPV Vaccine Education

The Wisconsin Immunization Program, within the Division of Public Health, Department of Health Services, is offering mini-grants to community-based organizations to provide education to adolescents and their parents/caregivers about the importance of preventing Human Papillomavirus (HPV) related cancers through vaccination. The funding period is April 22, 2017 through September 30, 2017. Please see the cover letter and application for additional details. Applications will be accepted and approved on a rolling admissions basis between March 24, 2017 and April 14, 2017, close of business. Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment RFP released

The Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment (AHW) is stewarded by the Medical College of Wisconsin, and works to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the health of Wisconsin Communities. Currently, AHW is looking to provide funds to support Wisconsin partnerships working to create healthy neighborhoods and communities through pursuing evidence based policy, systems and environmental changes, addressing key influencers of community health.

Wisconsin Partnership Program Seeks Applications for Community Impact Grants

The Wisconsin Partnership Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking applicants for its 2017 Community Impact Grants program. The Community Impact Grants provide up to $1 million over five-years to support large-scale, evidence-based, collaborative health initiatives aimed at improving health, high-equity and well-being.
