Purpose: The Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program is soliciting “CCC Implementation Grants to Increase Access to Quality Cancer Care” proposals that support the implementation of Priority 9, “Increase Access to Quality Cancer Care and Services”, in the WI CCC Plan 2015-2020, as well as one or more of the cross cutting issues. The intent of this round of CCC Implementation Grants is to fund local projects that address access to quality cancer care efforts in Wisconsin, linking directly to strategies in Priority 9 in the WI CCC Plan 2015-2020. The projects will be implemented from July 2016 -December 2017.
