To address the challenges of HPV vaccination uptake, a free CME course is being offered by Johns Hopkins University and hosted by CME University. The course, which offers support and proven strategies to encourage HPV vaccine uptake, requires approximately 60 minutes and offers credit for physicians. HPV is a common virus which can develop into several different types of cancers in both males and females. Despite the opportunity to decrease cancers associated with HPV, the completion rate has continuously lagged behind other physician recommended vaccines for adolescents.
