Breast Cancer Awareness Month Activities

October is breast cancer awareness month and members of the WI Breast Cancer Task Force (WBCTF) are hosting variety of events to raise awareness and funds to target the disease, which remains the most common cancer among Wisconsin women. The WBCTF is a coalition of public health professionals, providers, advocates and health system representatives working collaboratively to improve breast cancer screening rates in Wisconsin. October's events will focus on breast cancer research, education, policy, environmental risk factors, survivor mentor training, and much more.
