More Nonsmoking Teens Using Nicotine
When e-cigarette products were introduced in 2007, some public health officials hoped it would prompt young cigarette users to transition to seemingly less-harmful electronic products. However, a new study out of the University of Southern California suggests that rather than decreasing the number of traditional tobacco users, the product has attracted an entirely new population to nicotine use.
