RFP is now available! Applications due April 1, 2016
Purpose: The Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program will be soliciting “CCC Implementation Grants to Increase Access to Quality Cancer Care” proposals that support the implementation of Priority 9, “Increase Access to Quality Cancer Care and Services”, in the WI CCC Plan 2015-2020, as well as one or more of the cross cutting issues. The intent of this round of CCC Implementation Grants is to fund local projects that address access to quality cancer care efforts in Wisconsin, linking directly to strategies in Priority 9 in the WI CCC Plan 2015-2020. The projects will be implemented from July 2016 -December 2017. The Request for Proposals will be released on February 1, 2016. Proposal instructions and templates will be posted to the WI CCC Program website, www.wicancer.org, and an email alert will be sent to all our partners on that date. Letters of Intent are due on Friday, February 19, 2016 and proposals will be due electronically on Friday, April 1, 2016. Number of grants and amount of funding:The total number of awards and the final amount awarded is dependent upon the number and scope of projects submitted and funds available. We will be awarding applicants grants ranging from $20,000-$25,000 over the grant period. Who can apply?Community based organizations, healthcare systems, health departments and other health related agencies and nonprofit organizations that are based in Wisconsin, serve Wisconsinites and work on quality of cancer care related issues. An organization can only submit one project proposal. Important Dates to Remember:
