2016 Wisconsin Survivorship Forum

The Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program and members of the WI Cancer Council invite you to join us for a FREE day of learning, sharing and networking where cancer survivors and providers have an equal voice to listen and dialogue with each other. This year’s Survivorship Forum will feature Keynote Speaker Scott Burton, a stand-up comedian, world-class juggler, author and cancer survivor. Sessions will explore the following topics:

  • Mindfulness
  • Sexual Health
  • Cancer and Employment
  • Caring for the Caregiver
  • Cancer and fitness

Registration for this free, biennial event is now open. The deadline for registering has been extended to June 5, 2016. ANCC and CEUs will be offered.
