People with cancer are at higher risk of severe COVID-19 infection. Please follow these safety precautions to help protect your fellow Summit participants and prevent the spread of disease.
Stay home if you’re sick. We encourage you to take a rapid COVID-19 test before you arrive. If you test positive or are feeling sick, please stay home.
Wear a mask. We encourage all participants to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status. Free masks will be available at the event registration table.
Wash hands and use hand sanitizer. Please wash your hands regularly. Hand sanitizer will be available at every table in the ballroom.
Use the color-coded lanyards. Choose from three different colored lanyards to communicate your social distancing preferences.
Safely enjoy lunch. Boxed lunches give you the option of eating outside of the ballroom, if you prefer to eat away from the crowd.
