Project Connect – Cancer Survivorship Program

Project Connect is a free 4-week program in Delafield, Wisconsin designed by Tricia’s Troops Cancer Connection to help local cancer survivors optimize their health, healing and wellbeing. Participants have the opportunity to strengthen body, mind and soul alongside fellow survivors focused on creating a hopeful way forward. The program will run between July 2023 – February 2024.
