MCHH 5th Annual Health Conference

April 11, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Milwaukee Consortium for Hmong Health, Inc. is hosting our 5th Annual Health Conference on Saturday, April 11th,2020 at the Italian Community Center,631 E Chicago St Milwaukee, WI 53202 from 8am-3pm. It is a FREE event: breakfast and lunch will be provided and so does the Childcare!

In addition, we are inviting multiple vendors to provide FREE health screenings. Some of the screenings include: Clinical Breast Exam(MUST call in to register), HEP B screening (MUST call in to register), Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure,Vision, and more!

Lastly, we will have opportunities to network with local resource organizations, community health professionals and our staffs. We would like to extend an invitation to all our community members who want to learn more about AAPI (specifically Hmong and Burmese) cancer health and are passionate about serving these communities. Your attendance can help bridge the gap between cultural barriers and Western medicine/early cancer detection.
