Gilda’s Club Madison Cancer Transitions Young Adults

Gilda’s Club Madison Cancer Transitions Young Adults
4 Weeks on Wednesdays: 10/30-11/20 @ 6 pm – 7:30pm on Zoom

This 4 session workshop will offer space to learn more about life after treatment is over. Each session has a different focus:

Taking Control in Survivorship
Emotions & Relationships
Survivorship in Action
Medical Management in Survivorship
We will develop strategies, look at goals, and develop skills for the next stages.
This program is limited to 8 participants. You must be under 40, and 3 weeks to 3 years from treatment. Ongoing therapies (hormone therapy or maintenance) do not count. Please plan to attend all four sessions.
