This educational session aims to equip oncologists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals with essential knowledge and resources to address the unique challenges faced by AYA cancer patients as they transition into survivorship, emphasizing interdisciplinary care and long-term support. This learning opportunity will provide continuing education credits for physicians, registered nurses, and social workers, and interprofessional continuing education credit.
