ACS/NRTCC/Wipe Out Cervical Cancer Alabama – Mobile Colposcopy: Bringing Change to a State Colposcopy Program

American Cancer Society, National Roundtable on Cervical Cancer, and Wipe Out Cervical Cancer Alabama are hosting a webinar on Thursday, March 20th at 12 pm CST/1 pm EST entitled Mobile Colposcopy: Bringing Change to a State Colposcopy Program.
This webinar will provide an in-depth overview of Alabama’s mobile colposcopy program and its impact on cervical cancer detection and prevention in the state. Dr. Pugh will explore the program’s journey from its inception, including the training of Nurse Practitioner Seniors, to its current success. This innovative initiative has shown promising results and offers a bright future for cervical cancer detection in Alabama. Additionally, the program is adaptable and can serve as a model for other states, potentially transforming lives through improved access to critical screenings.
