Dodge County PH and Noble Clinics – Community Health Fair

Dodge County Public Health is partnering up with other community organizations to offer a Community Health Check on July 30 from 10am to 3pm at Noble Clinics in Beaver Dam! This event includes free vision screenings, free blood pressure checks & more!
Sport physicals are available for walk ins or you may make an appointment.*
Abby’s Belle Fountain food truck will be attending and there will be kid activities as well, come join the fun!
*Cost for sport physicals can be up to $50, varies based on insurance and sliding fee eligibility. Bring your WIAA sports physical form.
