Cancer Transitions for Young Adults

Wednesdays, Feb. 28 to March 20 6 -7 pm on Zoom

Cancer Transitions for Young Adults is a free survivorship workshop series designed to help you move into the next phase of life with the skills, strategies, and support to empower you.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:

• Within 3 years of completing treatment
• 18-35 years old
• Participants who meet these requirements, attend all 4 sessions, and complete the evaluation are eligible to receive a  $75 gift card.
• Those who are interested and 36- 40 years old may still participate, but are not eligible for the incentive.
