DESCRIPTION:The Inter-Tribal Council of Michigan’s National Native Network with Indian Health Service Clinical Support Center (Accredited Provider) present a webinar. \nTitle: Cancer Survivorship Care Presented To National Native Network\nDate: Wednesday\, April 27\, 2022\nTime 3 – 4 p.m. EDT \nPresenter: \nBeth Sieloff\, MPH\, RYT-200\nHealth Educator\, Cancer Prevention and Control Specialist\nInter-Tribal Council of Michigan \nTarget Audience:\nPhysicians\, nurses\, health educators\, administrators\, and support staff working with American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities. \nLearning Objectives/Outcomes\nAt the conclusion of this activity\, the healthcare team will be able to: \n1. Examine the American Cancer Society’s cancer survivorship care guidelines.\n2. Identify the unique aspects of cancer survivorship care coordination for American Indian cancer survivors.\n3.
