DESCRIPTION:Free Haircuts\, Shoes\, and Vaccines Just in Time for School!\nJP Hair Design will host its annual Back-2-School Free Haircutz event at The Alliant Energy Center on August 27\, 2023. This year the event will offer childhood vaccines\, and our very own pharmacist\, Ryan Bender\, will be there to help provide them. \nA Cut Above: Barbers Help Kids Start the School Year with Style\nThis annual event offers students from kindergarten through high school a free haircut before school starts. Over 30 barbers from Dane County will be offering their services! \n\n\nBeyond the Clip: Offering Crucial Vaccinations Onsite\nRyan is the Chair of the Dane County Immunization Coalition (DCIC) in addition to his duties at Forward Pharmacy. At the event\, he and other healthcare providers will be on hand to vaccinate kids who need back-to-school immunizations like polio\, hepatitis B\, MMR\, and more. \nParents and guardians will be able to check with the staff to see if their children are up to date on recommended vaccinations. If the kids are due for any immunizations\,  they can get vaccinated right then and there! Every child that receives a vaccine at the event will receive a voucher worth $100 for a pair of shoes from Fleet Feet Madison.
