DESCRIPTION:Join All In: Data for Community Health virtually on November 8-10\, 2021 for the 5th Annual National Meeting. \nThis year’s themes include centering racial equity\, navigating the spectrum of community engagement\, and focusing on policy change. The meeting will feature inspirational speakers on the compelling issues facing communities\, practitioners and residents who will share their stories\, tools and practical lessons; and interactive opportunities to share your experience tackling common challenges as they relate to multi-sector community-based data sharing projects focused on health\, wellbeing\, and equity. Updates about the event will be posted on this page as they become available. \nThe virtual meeting is limited to the first 500 participants to maintain opportunities for group conversations and networking.  Scholarship information for community members and persons with lived experience will be made available soon via the All In online community. Registration is waived for select grantees of All In Partners (your Program Office will reach out with  more details).
