SUMMARY:Tricia's Troops 10 Hour Fitness Challenge
DESCRIPTION:In honor of Tricia’s Troops Cancer Connection’s 10 year anniversary\, this virtual fitness challenge will encourage participants to take part in various physical activities for a total of 10 hours throughout the month of June. \nWe know that one of the best ways to BEAT cancer is to PREVENT it — and being physically active/maintaining a healthy weight have proven to be some of the best ways to help — so we’re asking everyone to get moving! \nFrom walking or running to biking or swimming to golfing or team sports to a virtual fitness class at home – there is no limit to the ways to partake in a fun workout that’s good for the mind\, body and soul. You can participate whenever and wherever you wish between June 1-30. Your activity can be tracked on your favorite fitness app or on a tracking sheet at home. Our online event dashboard enables you to log and keep track of your minutes and monitor how close you are to reaching your goal. \nYou will be competing with nobody but yourself\, yet TOGETHER our efforts can have a profound impact on those enduring the challenges of cancer treatment in southeast Wisconsin. Think of it this way: 10 HOURS OF ACTIVITY = 20 MINUTES X 30 DAYS. YOU CAN DO THIS! SIGN UP TODAY!! \nFor more details: https://runsignup.com/Race/WI/Delafield/10forTTCC
