Each session has a different focus: \n\nTaking Control in Survivorship\nEmotions & Relationships\nSurvivorship in Action\nMedical Management in Survivorship\nWe will develop strategies\, look at goals\, and develop skills for the next stages.\n\nThis program is limited to 8 participants. You must be under 40\, and 3 weeks to 3 years from treatment. Ongoing therapies (hormone therapy or maintenance) do not count. Please plan to attend all four sessions.\n\n\nQuestions? During this webinar\, we will hear from speakers Leticia Nogueira\, PhD\, MPH\, Scientific Director of Health Services Research at the American Cancer Society; and Gila Neta\, PhD\, MPP\, Program Director with the Implementation Science team in the Office of the Director in the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
