This 3 hour event on Saturday\, February 21st\, beginning at 9am will showcase each of the members of our Project Connect wellness team and their areas of expertise that can help optimize your health\, healing and wellbeing in your cancer and survivorship journey. \n\nWarm up with a group workout focused on light cardio and strength to move your body\nEnjoy a post-workout snack and learn about nourishing your body with healthy foods\nExpress your creativity and vision for 2026 with a guided watercolor painting activity\nWind down with some gentle chair yoga\, mindfulness and meditation\n\nHow you approach cancer survivorship may impact how you respond to treatment\, combat side effects\, improve your quality of life and prevent recurrence. So we’d love for you to take this time for yourself to learn how your daily lifestyle choices can help you truly LIVE your best LIFE! \nThis event is free for cancer fighters and survivors up to 10 years post-treatment living in Waukesha County and our bordering counties. \nRegister Here!
