DESCRIPTION:Gilda’s Club Madison Cancer Transitions Young Adults\n4 Weeks on Wednesdays: 10/30-11/20 @ 6 pm – 7:30pm on Zoom\nThis 4 session workshop will offer space to learn more about life after treatment is over. Each session has a different focus: \n\nTaking Control in Survivorship\nEmotions & Relationships\nSurvivorship in Action\nMedical Management in Survivorship\nWe will develop strategies\, look at goals\, and develop skills for the next stages.\n\nThis program is limited to 8 participants. You must be under 40\, and 3 weeks to 3 years from treatment. Ongoing therapies (hormone therapy or maintenance) do not count. Please plan to attend all four sessions.\n\n\nQuestions?
