DESCRIPTION:Are You Ready to Quit Smoking? The American Cancer Society Freshstart® program is a free\, 4-week group-based smoking cessation program offered by Advocate Aurora Health Care. Anyone who wants to quit using tobacco can participate in Freshstart. The primary goal of Freshstart is to help you plan a successful quit attempt by teaching you effective ways to overcome nicotine dependence. The information\, activities and discussion topics will help you discover why you smoke and provide tools to help you quit.
