Thank you for your interest in joining the WI Cancer Council!

 

 

It is easy and affordable to join the Council. Please join us as we work together to reduce the burden of cancer in Wisconsin. There are many benefits to becoming a WCC Member, most notably the opportunity to work with informed and dedicated professionals, cancer survivors and advocates.

To apply for membership, please fill out the application and send to Wisconsin Cancer Council, 610 Walnut St. Room 370, Madison WI 53726, or email your application to Nancy Freeman.

 

 

• Organizational - for statewide and regional organizations/institutions committed to one or more aspects of cancer control. Each member organization may appoint up to three representatives. Dues: $100/year.
  Organizational Members are have full voting privileges and are eligible to be nominated to the WCC Steering Committee, vote in elections or on key issues brought to the general membership, propose policy issues for consideration and more.
• Affiliate - for local and community based organizations. No annual dues.
  Affiliate Members may participate in implementation efforts through committee, work group and task forces sponsored by the WI CCC Program or the WCC, access resources and expertise through multi-disciplinary networks, and more.
• Individual - for persons interested in cancer control such as a cancer survivor or patient advocate/caregiver. Dues: $20/year.
  Individual Members share the same benefits as Affiliate Members. They may participate in implementation efforts through committee, work group and task forces sponsored by the WI CCC Program or the WCC, access resources and expertise through multi-disciplinary networks, and more.
• Informational - for individuals wishing to be on the CCC database and to receive information on a regular basis and invitations to WCC or WI CCC Program events. No annual dues.

All WCC members receive the WI CCC Program bi-monthly newsletter, the Cancer Surveillance Briefs and other publications, and invitations to sponsored events such as the annual WI CCC Program Summit.
