Vision, Misson, Goals

A healthier Wisconsin by reducing the impact of cancer.

To engage diverse public, private and community partners to develop, implement and promote a statewide comprehensive approach to cancer control.

Goals define what Wisconsin hopes to achieve over five years in a specific area of cancer control. The WI CCC Plan 2010-2015 goals are:

• Reduce the risk of developing cancer.
• Increase early detection through appropriate screening for cancer.
• Reduce death and disability from cancer.
• Improve the quality of life for cancer survivors.
• Reduce suffering from cancer.
• Improve the quality of cancer-related data.
