Amy Conlon, MPH - WI CCC Program Director
Amy oversees the administrative day to day activities of the WI CCC Program, including grant management, program planning and outreach. She coordinates WI CCC projects in prevention and screening.
Nancy Freeman, BA, CHES - WI Cancer Council Executive Director
Nancy is the lead staff for the WI Cancer Council and its committees, the partnership arm of the WI CCC Program. She also coordinates WI CCC projects within the treatment chapter of the WI CCC Plan.
Jeanne Strickland, MA - Associate Researcher
Jeanne coordinates WI CCC projects in the areas of survivorship and palliative care. She also is lead staff on the ROLES project.
Kathleen Farnsworth, BA - Policy Coordinator
Kathleen develops and coordinates policy activities of the Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program as established by the WI Cancer Council Public Policy Committee and Government Relations Advisory Committee.
Sarah Mroz, BA - Outreach Program Coordinator
Sarah facilitates the WI Breast Cancer Taskforce. She also coordinates health communications for the WI CCC Program including the website and newsletter and handles coordination of events.
Emily Reynolds, MPA - Community Outreach Specialist
Emily works on obesity prevention policy/advocacy efforts with community nutrition, physical activity, and obesity (NPAO) coalitions.
Lauren Weeth-Feinstein, BA - Graduate Project Assistant
Lauren assists with various program activities including survey development, policy research, and community outreach. She also coordinates the bi-monthly Surveillance Briefs.
Pam Imm, MS - Epidemiologist
Pam coordinates data collection and analysis projects to support the WI CCC Program. She also serves as co-editor of the Surveillance Briefs.
Dr. Mark Wegner, MD, MPH - DPH Medical Director
Mark is the principal investigator of the State's CCC grants with the CDC and the program's liaison to the WI Department of Health Services.
Dr. Noelle LoConte, MD
Noelle is the principal investigator of the UW Carbone Cancer Center grants for the WI CCC Program.
